Product Description

Why choose salts?  The normal nicotine in e-liquid is freebase, meaning it has a throat hit, especially at higher strengths.  If this nicotine is turned into a salt then its throat hit is much reduced, making it much more comfortable for some users at higher strengths.  So if you feel you want to try higher nicotine strengths without such aggressive throat kick consider using salts or a blend of both salts and typical nicotine.

For advanced users that want to precisely mix their eliquid, we have 18mg nicotine shots in 10ml bottles with either propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine, all at a Europe Pharmacopeia grade so you can be assured of quality.

Vegetable glycerine (VG) - an alcohol with a syrupy consistency, commonly used in cakes, sweets, and many home products. It provides a thick cloudy vapour with very little throat hit.

Propylene glycol (PG) - an alcohol with a thinner consistency, commonly used in gel capsules, foods and other home products. It provides a thinner vapour with more throat hit.

Nicotine salts - a stimulating drug with addictive properties. It is not carcinogenic (cancer-causing) but it is toxic in high doses and so should be used only in moderation. It is not recommended for pregnant women. We use nicotine salicylate for our salts.  These have a very smooth profile giving almost no throat hit even at high strength.  Nicotine is measured in milligrams (mg) dissolved in each millilitre (ml) base, so 18mg strength has 18mg per ml or, to put it another way, 1.8% of the volume is pure nicotine. This strength can be vaped directly or diluted with other ingredients before use.

Be sensible

Under no circumstances should you drink e-liquid because nicotine is toxic in high doses and you would risk nicotine overdose, much like drinking too much caffeine in a sitting would risk caffeine overdose. Use non-permeable gloves when handling concentrated nicotine as nicotine can pass through the skin (that's how patches work) and so if you spill any e-liquid on yourself, just wash it off with some water as soon as possible. Keep the bottles out of reach of children and pets at all times. For more guidance please see our vaping guide.
